Ingredients
- 4-6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup lemon-lime soda
- 3 TBSP minced garlic
- 3 TBSP soy sauce
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 3 TBSP corn starch
- 3 cups cooked white rice
Directions

Place all chicken in a slow cooker. Mix all ingredients EXCEPT corn starch and rice in separate bowl and pour over chicken in slow cooker. Cook on low 6-8 hours.

Remove chicken from slow cooker and shred in separate bowl.

Whisk cornstarch into remaining liquid in slow cooker, return shredded chicken. Serve over cooked rice.
