Ingredients
- 2 head cauliflower, sliced vertically 1 inch thick
- 1/4 cup olive oil, divided
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Directions

eheat oven to 350. Spray 2 large rimmed baking sheets with cooking spray.

On prepared pans, arrange cauliflower in a single layer. Drizzle with oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Bake until tender and golden brown, 40 to 45 minutes, turning halfway through baking.

In a small skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add pecans; cook, stirring frequently, until toasted, 4 to 5 minutes. Spoon mixture onto cauliflower. Serve immediately.
