Chocolate-Raspberry Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/4 sticks butter, softened
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup crushed freeze-dried raspberries

Directions

  1. Whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt in a medium bow. In a large bowl, beat butter and brown sugar with a mixer on medium-high speed, 4 minutes. Beat in egg and vanilla. Beat in the flour mixture on low speed. Stir in both chocolate chips and raspberries. Roll into 1 1/2-inch balls; arrange on parchment-lined baking sheets and bake at 375 until set, 12 to 15 minutes.
