Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/3 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tsp browns sugar
- Pinch each of salt and cinnamon
- 1/4 cup crushed freeze-dried blueberries
- 1/2 cup chopped bananas
- Fresh or frozen berries, for topping
Directions

Mix oats, flaxseed, milk, yogurt, brown sugar, salt and cinnamon in a small jar. Add blueberries and banana. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Top with fresh or frozen berries.
