Ingredients
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 lb. pizza dough
- Grated Parmesan
Directions

Whisk olive oil, garlic, salt, oregano and red pepper flakes. Stretch pizza dough into a 1/2-inch thick round. Brush with some of the garlic oil, flip onto the grill and cook over medium heat, covered, until puffy, 10 minutes. Brush wiht more of the oil, flip, cover and cook through, 5 more minutes. Brush with the remaining oil. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
