Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lbs. pork shoulder
- 1 packet Smoky BBQ Slow Cooker Spice Blend (by the zen of slow cooking)
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- Dipping:
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Dash of tabasco
Directions

Rub the pork with the spice blend; transfer to slow cooker.

Add 1/4 cup of the cider vinegar to the pork directly in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW 8 to 10 hours or HIGH 5 hours.

Shred the pork in the slow cooker using 2 forks.

Mix the remaining ingredients for the dipping sauce. Serve in a bowl and spoon over your pulled pork as desired.
