Ingredients
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/8 tsp cayenne
- 1 cup milk, divided
- 1 1/2 oz. shredded sharp cheddar
- 1/2 oz. blue cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 tsp Dijon
- 1/4 tsp salt
Directions

In a small saucepan, whisk together flour and cayenne with 1/4 cup of the milk. Whisk in remaining milk until smooth. Place over medium heat and cook until slightly thickened, about 3 to 4 minutes, stirring constantly using a flat spatula.

Remove from heat, stir in remaining ingredients until smooth.
