Ingredients
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp coconut aminos
- 1 tsp Dijon
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 boneless pork chops
- 2 tsp olive oil
Directions

Combine vinegar, coconut aminos, mustard, honey, and red pepper flakes in small bowl; mix well. Reserve 1 tbsp marinade; refrigerate until ready to serve.

Place pork in large Ziploc bag. Pour remaining marinade over pork. Seal bag; turn to coat. Marinate in fridge 2 hours or up to 24 hours.

Brush grill pan with oil; heat over medium-high heat. Remove pork from marinade; discard marinade. Cook pork 4 minutes per side or cooked through. Drizzle with reserve 1 tbsp marinade.
