Ingredients
- 15 oz. can solid-pack pumpkin
- 3 tbsp chopped fresh parsley, plus additional for garnish
- 3 tbsp tahini
- 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1/8 tsp ground red pepper, plus additional for garnish
Directions

Combine pumpkin, 3 tbsp parsley, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, salt, black pepper and 1/8 tsp red pepper in food processor or blender; process until smooth. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Sprinkle with additional red pepper. Garnish with additional parsley.
