Ingredients
- 2 cups (8oz.) shredded cheddar
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 3 oz. cream cheese, cut into cubes
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 to 6 drops hot pepper sauce
- 1/8 tsp ground red pepper
- Breadsticks and assorted cut-up fresh vegetables
Directions

Combine cheddar, milk, blue cheese, cream cheese, onion, flour, butter, garlic, hot pepper sauce, and ground red pepper in slow cooker. Cover; cook on LOW 2 to 2 1/2 hours, stirring halfway through cooking time.

Turn slow cooker to HIGH. Cover; cook on HIGH 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until heated through. Serve with breadsticks and vegetables.
