Easiest Three-Cheese Fondue

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (8oz.) shredded cheddar
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 3 oz. cream cheese, cut into cubes
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 to 6 drops hot pepper sauce
  • 1/8 tsp ground red pepper
  • Breadsticks and assorted cut-up fresh vegetables

Directions

  1. Combine cheddar, milk, blue cheese, cream cheese, onion, flour, butter, garlic, hot pepper sauce, and ground red pepper in slow cooker. Cover; cook on LOW 2 to 2 1/2 hours, stirring halfway through cooking time.

  2. Turn slow cooker to HIGH. Cover; cook on HIGH 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until heated through. Serve with breadsticks and vegetables.
