Pasta with Artichokes, Tomatoes & Cannellini Beans

Ingredients
- whole wheat pasta (your choice)
- 1 can artichokes
- 1 28-oz. can diced tomatoes
- 1 can cannellini beans
- 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
- garlic (minced)
Directions

While pasta is cooking, heat oil in a saucepan and sauté the minced garlic.

Add diced tomatoes, beans, and artichokes and mix around a lot.

Bring mixture to a near boil and let simmer until pasta is ready to go.

Drain pasta and top with sauce.
