Ingredients
- 1/2 stick softened unsalted butter
- Grated zest of 1 lime
- 2 scallions, sliced
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 4 ears of corn
- Salt and pepper
Directions

Pulse butter, lime zest, scallions and kosher salt in a food processor. Boil corn until tender, about 4 minutes. Drain and spread with the butter. Season with salt and pepper.
