Spinach Artichoke Chicken

Ingredients

  • 15 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 10 oz. package frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan
  • 3/4 cup mayo
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 6 chicken breasts

Directions

  1. eheat oven to 375. Line a 10×15-inch baking pan with foil and lightly coat with cooking spray. Stir together all ingredients except chicken in a bowl. Arrange chicken in prepared pan and cover evenly with artichoke mixture. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until cooked through.
