Wasabi Pork Nachos

Ingredients

  • 18 oz. bag tortilla chips
  • 8 oz. cooked pulled pork or chicken
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Chinese five-spice powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tsp water
  • 1/2 tsp prepared wasabi paste
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage with carrot (coleslaw mix)
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onion
  • 1/4 cup snipped fresh cilantro

Directions

  1. eheat oven to 425. Arrange chips on a foil-lined 10×15-inch baking pan.

  2. Toss together pork, soy sauce, and five-spice powder in a bowl. Top chips with pork mixture and cheese. Bake until cheese is melted and pork is heated through, about 5 minutes.

  3. Stir together sour cream, water and wasabi paste in a small bowl.

  4. Top nachos with coleslaw mix, green onion and cilantro. Drizzle with wasabi sour cream.
