Ingredients
- 1 lb flat noodles (egg noodles, linguine, asian rice noodles)
- 2 English Cucumbers, peeled, sliced lengthwise, seeded and grated
- 1 red bell pepper, cored, seeded and thinly sliced
- 1.5 cups bean sprouts
- 1.5 cups thinly sliced cooked chicken
- 3/4 cup julienned carrot
- 3 tablespoons minced green onion
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
- Spicy Sesame Dressing
Directions

Arrange cooked noodles on a platter and scatter vegetables and seeds around the top, leaving a well in the center for chicken. Serve room temperature or cold with dressing on the side.
