Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 small onion
- 2-3 jalapenos (fresh or jarred)
- 1 dried red chili pepper
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 can pinto beans
- 1 can great northern beans
- 1 can Rotel (regular)
- 3 cans 8oz tomato sauce
- 1 can 6oz tomato paste
- 4 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp season salt
- 2 tbsp chopped garlic in oil
- 10-12 sprigs of cilantro
- Sour cream, shredded cheese, and crackers
Directions

Turn on crock pot.

Chop and sauté onion and all peppers.

Cook and drain ground beef.

Open all cans and empty (including juices) into crock pot.

Add chili powder, cumin, season salt, and garlic to crock pot.

Place onions, all peppers, and cilantro in food processor for finer chopping.

When finished add to crock pot. Stir gently.

Add ground beef. Continue to stir gently and bring up to desired temperature.

Serve with sour cream, shredded cheese, and crackers.
