Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup regular rolled oats
- 1/4 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon, plus more for garnish
- 1 tbsp chopped toasted walnuts
- 1/2 tsp honey

Stir together milk, oats, pumpkin, salt and cinnamon in a small saucepan over medium-high heat; bring to a gentle boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer, uncovered, until desired consistency, about 5 minutes. Garnish with walnuts, honey, and cinnamon.
