Ingredients
- 1/4 cup white-wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp minced shallot
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 1/2 lbs. Brussels sprouts, shredded
- 1/4 cup Marcona almonds, chopped
- 2 oz. Parmesan, shaved
Directions

Whisk vinegar, honey, shallot, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Gradually whisk in oil. Add Brussels sprouts and toss to coat. Sprinkle with almonds and Parmesan.
