Spicy Herb Sauce

Ingredients

  • 5 cups tender fresh herbs, such as basil, cilantro and/or parsley, tough stems removed
  • 2 tbsp woody fresh herb leaves, such as thyme, rosemary and/or sage
  • 1/2 cup chopped jalapenos, seeded
  • 2 garlic cloves, smashed and peeled
  • 1 cup grapeseed oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon or lime juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt

Directions

  1. Combine herbs, jalapenos, and garlic in food processor. Pulse, scraping down the sides occasionally, until finely chopped. With the motor running, slowly add oil. Add lemon (or lime) juice and salt and pulse to combine.
