Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breasts, cubed
- 1 c minced onions
- 3/4 lb mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tbs oil
- 3 tbs butter
- 3 tbs flour
- 2 c chicken broth
- 1 chicken bouillion cube
- 1 c whole milk
- 2 tbs minced fresh basil
- pepper
Directions

saute chicken, onions and mushrooms in oil for 4 minutes.

In large saucepan, melt butter, stir in flour until smooth.

Add chicken broth, bouillion and cream.

Stir in basil and pepper.

Combine with chicken mixture.

Serve over fettucinni.
