Ingredients

• 1 whole head of garlic
• 1 tbsp olive oil

Directions

1. eheat oven to 400.

2. Cut off the stem and top third of 1 whole garlic head.

3. Place the garlic on a sheet of foil and drizzle with olive oil.

4. Wrap the garlic with foil, seal edges tightly, and roast for 1 hour.

5. Remove the package from the oven, open carefully, and let the garlic cool slightly.

6. Scrape or squeeze out the pulp from the garlic cloves.
