Grain free jam thumbprint cookies

Can swap all purpose flour with almond flour .
Prep time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 12 minutes

Ingredients
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 6 tablespoons butter softened
- 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 tablespoons jam
Directions

Preheat 350°

Mix all ingredients except jam in a large bowl and mix on low speed until smooth

Divide batter into 20 equal pieces

Lined cookie sheet with parchment

Press falls into flat discs 1/2 inches across and one 1/4 inch thick

Press thumb in the center and fill with jam

Bake until edges are brown let cool
