Ingredients
- 8 large eggs
- 4 cups half-and-half
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 tsp kosher salt, divided
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 14 cubes cubed challah bread (about 1 large loaf)
- 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans, divided
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
- 6 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- Caramel-Pecan Sauce (see recipe)

Spray a 13×9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

In a very large bowl, whisk together eggs, half-and-half, light brown sugar, vanilla, 1 tsp salt and cinnamon until combined. Stir in bread, 1/2 cup pecans and raisins. Pour mixture into prepared pan; let stand at room temp for 1 hour.

In a small bowl, whisk together dark brown sugar, flour, and remaining 1/4 tsp salt; stir in butter and remaining 1 cup pecans until combined. Sprinkle onto bread mixture.

Bake until puffed and center is set, about 40 minutes. Let cool for 30 minutes. Serve warm with Caramel-Pecan Sauce.
