Ingredients
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1 cup half-and-half
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cubed
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- Pinch kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions

In a small saucepan, bring brown sugar, half-and-half and butter to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring frequently. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 3 minutes. Stir in pecans and salt; cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat, and stir in vanilla. Let cool to room temp before serving.
