Ingredients
- 2 C oat- 1 C ground and 1 C mixed into topping unground
- 3/4 C brown sugar
- 1/2 t salt
- 8 T melted butter-cooled
- 1 t vanilla

Grind 1 C oats to make oat flour (use coffee grinder)

Mix oat flour, rest of oats, sugar and salt and stir
