Tzimmes, tsimmes, tsimmis

Making it up based on instructions from Blanche Sosland.
Ingredients
- 15 prunes, pitted and soaked so they don’t discolor everything else
- 1lbs short ribs (I used stew meat bc that’s what we had)
- 2TBS lemon juice
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 large carrot
- 3 smallish sweet potatoes
- 2 mid sized potatoes
- salt to taste
