Ingredients
- 1-16 once pkg frozen who kernel corn
- 1/2 C chopped green pepper
- 2 T chopped red onion
- 1 T parsley- chopped
- 1/3 C mayonnaise
- 2 T sour creme
- 1/2 t instant beed bouillon granules-red wine vinegar to dissolve bullion in
- 4 slices bacon
- salt/pepper
Directions

Cook corn

In large bowl combine cooked corn, green pepper, onion and parsley

In small bowl combine mayonnaise, sour creme. Dissolve bullion in red wine vinegar

Stir into mayonnaise mixture along with salt and pepper.

Toss gently with corn mixture to coat

Cover and chill

Just before serving add crumbled bacon and toss
