Ingredients
- 8 red apples
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Dash of nutmeg
Directions

Do not peel the apples. Slice the apples into slices about 1/2-inch thick.

Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the apples and sugar to the skillet. Place a lid on the skillet and cook for 20 minutes, or until the apples are tender and juicy.

Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg before serving.
