Ingredients
- 1 lb. frozen hash browns
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 10 oz. can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 pint sour cream
- 1/4 cup peeled and chopped onion
- 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
Directions

eheat oven to 350. Spray a large baking dish with cooking spray.

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Place combined ingredients into the baking dish. Bake for 45 minutes or until brown on top.
