Applebee’s Pico de Gallo

Ingredients

  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1 finely diced jalapeno
  • 1/8 cup roughly chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salad oil
  • 1 tsp white vinegar

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, add tomatoes, onion and jalapeno.

  2. Add the cilantro, salt, pepper, garlic powder, oil and vinegar and mix gently.

  3. Store the leftover pico de gallo in the fridge for up to 36 hours to add to your favorite dishes and salads.
