T.G.I. Friday’s Baked Potato Skins

Ingredients

  • 10 baked potato halves
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • Seasoned salt, to taste
  • 3/4 cup shredded Cheddar
  • 5 strips of cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1 green onion, diced

Directions

  1. eheat oven to 375. Remove as much of the potato fresh as you can, leaving only the skins.

  2. Brush potato shells with butter and season with salt.

  3. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until crisp.

  4. Remove and sprinkle with cheese, bacon and onion.

  5. Place back in the oven to 6-8 minutes, until the cheese has melted.

  6. Serve with sour cream or ranch dressing.
