Ingredients
- 1 loaf focaccia
- 5 or 6 chopped ripe tomatoes
- 2 tbsp fresh chopped basil
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 4 oz. cubed fresh mozzarella
- Balsamic vinaigrette dressing
Directions

Cut bread into 4 wedges and place on plate.

In a small bowl, gently toss tomatoes, basil, and red onion together.

Place 1/4 of the mixture on each wedge of bread and top with 1/4 of cheese cubes.

Pour about 2 oz. of dressing over each serving.
