Ingredients
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- 1/3 cup hot pepper sauce
- 2/3 cup water
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/9 tsp garlic powder
- 4 chicken breasts
- 4 plain burger buns
- 8 tsp mayo
- 4 tomato slices
- 4 lettuce leaves
Directions

eheat oil in a deep fryer to 350.

Mix the pepper sauce and water in a small bowl.

In a different bowl, combine the flour, salt, cayenne, black pepper, onion powder, paprika and garlic powder.

Pound each of the chicken pieces until about 3/8 inch thick. Trim them if necessary to help them fit on the bun.

Coat each piece of chicken with the flour and roll it in the watered-down pepper sauce. Coat it in the flour mixture again and set it aside. Repeat for the other breasts.

Fry the chicken for 10 minutes, or until they are brown and crispy. Remove to paper towels to drain.

Prepare sandwiches by grilling the buns in a hot fry pan. Spread 2 tsp of the mayo on each bun.

Build the sandwiches by adding tomato, lettuce and chicken.
