Ingredients
- 6 oz. sirloin steak
- 2 tbsp melted margarine
- 1 to 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 1/4 cups shredded Parmesan
- 1 1/4 cups large croutons
- 3 1/2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
- 3 slices Roma tomato
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1/4 cup cooked diced bacon
Directions

Preheat the grill.

Brush one side of the sirloin with margarine and sprinkle to taste with the Cajun seasoning.

Place seasoned-side down on the grill.

While first side is cooking, brush second side with margarine and sprinkle with additional seasoning.

Cook about 2 minutes; turn and cook 2 to 3 minutes more, or to desired doneness. Cut the steak into 1/2" slices.

In a large bowl, sprinkle about half the Parmesan and half the croutons over the romaine. Add the dressing and toss well.

Place in a chilled pasta bowl or large soup plate and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan.

Add the tomato slices and top with sliced steak, blue cheese, bacon and remaining croutons.
