Ingredients
- 4 whole cloves of garlic
- 2 lbs. red potatoes
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 3 tbsp butter
- Salt and black pepper, to taste

eheat the oven to 400.

Place garlic cloves on a sheet of heavy-duty foil. Wrap the garlic tightly and roast for approx 45 minutes or until soft. Unwrap the garlic and let it cool until touchable.

Wash and rinse the potatoes. It is not necessary to peel the potatoes.

Place the potatoes in a large pot and boil for 20 minutes. Remove them from the heat and drain them in a colander.

Peel the garlic cloves. Combine them with the potatoes and all other ingredients and mash with a potato masher.
