Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 to 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/4 tsp dried basil
- 1/4 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 4 oz. cooked linguine
- Grated Parmesan, to taste
Directions

Place chicken and Cajun seasoning in a Ziploc bag. Rub and shake to coat the chicken well.

In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and saute the chicken. Cook about 5-7 minutes, then reduce the heat.

Add the cream and seasonings. Stir for 5 minutes, until the sauce thickens.

Add the pasta and toss. Heat for another 5 minutes. Garnish with Parmesan.
