Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- Marinade:
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup honey
- 3 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 finely chopped jalapeno
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp diced onion
- 3/4 tbsp salt
- Kung Pao Sauce:
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Asian-style chili sauce
- 1 tbsp finely minced garlic
- 1 tbsp finely minced ginger
Directions

In a blender on high speed, combine the marinade ingredients for 1 minute.

In a small bowl, combine all ingredients for Kung Pae sauce and whisk together.

Pound the chicken breasts flat. Marinate in Ziploc bag for 2 to 3 hours.

Grill chicken breasts about 5 minutes per side until done.

Drizzle the chicken with Kung Pao sauce before serving.
