Boston Market Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients

  • 6 oz. dry spiral pasta
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp minced onion
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup Velveeta
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Dash pepper
  • 1/4 tsp dry mustard

Directions

  1. eheat oven to 400.

  2. Cook pasta as directed, drain and set aside.

  3. To make the cheese sauce, melt butter in a saucepan and add onion and flour. Allow this to cook for about 5 minutes and when thickened, slowly add the milk. When all the milk is added, add the cheese.

  4. Add salt, pepper, and dry mustard. When the cheese melts, add pasta.

  5. Lightly butter a casserole dish and add pasta mixture. Bake for 20 minutes.
