Ingredients
- Oil, for frying
- 5 baking potatoes
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- Dash garlic powder
Directions

eheat oil in a deep fryer to 375.

Cut the potatoes into 16-18 equal-size wedges.

In a large bowl, mix the egg and milk until well blended. In another large bowl, mix the dry ingredients.

Put some of the potato wedges in the milk and egg then into the flour mixture until well coated.

Fry for 3 minutes, remove from the oil, allow them to sit for 1 minute, then cook them again for 5 minutes. Do not overcrowd the potatoes; fry in small batches.
