Ingredients
- 6 lbs. red-skins diced and cooked
- 3 bunches green onions chopped
- 1 lb. bacon cooked and cut up
- 1/2 C. bacon grease
- 1/2 C. sugar
- 2 C. Mayo
Directions

Mix cubed, cooked potatoes with chopped green onions. Stir together mayo, bacon grease and sugar and pour over cooked red-skins. Bake at 275 for 45 minutes to 1 hour
