Ingredients
- 3 medium Granny Smith apples, peeled and chopped
- 3 1/2 cups apple cider
- 1 cup steel cut oats
- 3/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp sugar
Directions

Place a heat-safe baking dish inside your slow cooker. The heat transfers to the dish but doesn’t seem to be as hot as the cooker itself.

Place all of your ingredients into the dish and stir. Place lid on slow cooker and cook on LOW for 5-6 hours.

The apples will still be on top but with a gentle stir it will combine nicely.
