Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 lb. Velveeta, cubed
- 8 oz. salsa
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
- Tortilla chips of choice
Directions

Brown ground beef in a skillet and drain off grease. Crumble into fine pieces and place in slow cooker.

Place cubed cheese on top.

Cover. Cook on HIGH 45 minutes or until cheese melts, stirring occasionally.

Add salsa, chili powder and cumin.

Reduce heat to LOW and cook until heated through, checking frequently and stirring occasionally.

Serve with tortilla chips, for dipping.
