Mexican Fiesta Dip

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. can refried beans
  • 15 oz. can chili with beans
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup jarred sliced jalapenos
  • 4 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese

Directions

  1. Spray your slow cooker with nonstick spray.

  2. Place the refried beans, chili with beans, garlic, onion and jalapenos into your crock. Stir.

  3. Cover and cook on LOW for 2-3 hours.

  4. Add the cream cheese and stir until well-mixed.

  5. Next, add the shredded cheese and stir until well-mixed. Cook an additional 30 minutes or so, or until the cheese are melted through.

  6. Switch to Warm.
