Ingredients
- 3 lbs. chicken wings, wing tips cut off and discarded, cut at the joint
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Garlic powder, to taste
- 12 oz. jar orange marmalade
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 2 tbsp quick-cooking tapioca
- 1 tbsp Dijon

Preheat your oven to a low broil.

Put the wing pieces onto a baking sheet and sprinkle both sides with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Put them under the broiler for 8 minutes on each side.

While the wings are broling, mix together the orange marmalade, barbecue sauce, tapioca, and Dijon in a small bowl.

When wings are browned, transfer them to your greased slow cooker.

Pour the sauce over the chicken and use tongs to mix them through the sauce.

Cover and cook on LOW for 4-5 hours.
