Ingredients
- 3 cups Rice Chex
- 3 cups Corn Chex
- 1 cup pretzel sticks
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup unsalted cashews
- 1 cup unsalted peanuts
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Directions

Spray slow cooker with nonstick spray.

Place Rice Chex, Corn Chex, pretzels, cranberries, raisins, cashews and peanuts in slow cooker.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Mix the butter with the maple syrup, vanilla, salt and cinnamon. Pour this mixture over the contents of the slow cooker and stir gently with a rubber spatula until all contents are well-coated.

Cover and cook on HIGH for about 2 hours, stirring every 20 minutes.

Pour snack mix onto parchment paper and spread it out. Let it cool for about 3 hours.
