Ingredients
- 4 cups beef stock
- 3 cups cubed, cooked roast beef
- 4 oz. sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp Worcestershire
- 1/8 tsp ground mustard
- 1 1/2 cups cooked wild rice
- 1 cup frozen peas
Directions

Combine stock, beef, mushrooms, onion, ketchup, vinegar, sugar, Worcestershire, and mustard in slow cooker.

Cook on LOW 4 hours.

Add rice and peas. Cook an additional hour on LOW.
