Steak and Wild Rice Soup

Ingredients

  • 4 cups beef stock
  • 3 cups cubed, cooked roast beef
  • 4 oz. sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire
  • 1/8 tsp ground mustard
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked wild rice
  • 1 cup frozen peas

Directions

  1. Combine stock, beef, mushrooms, onion, ketchup, vinegar, sugar, Worcestershire, and mustard in slow cooker.

  2. Cook on LOW 4 hours.

  3. Add rice and peas. Cook an additional hour on LOW.
