Quick Sausage Stew

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp beef bouillon
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 lb. fresh or Italian sausage, sliced thin
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1 lb. bag frozen carrots
  • 1 lb. bag frozen green beans
  • 4 medium potatoes, cubed
  • 24 oz. can spaghetti sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire

Directions

  1. Dissolve beef bouillon in the 2 cups water.

  2. Brown sausage in skillet. Transfer to slow cooker.

  3. Pour in bouillon/water and rest of ingredients.

  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 4 to 5 hours.
