Ingredients
- 2 tbsp beef bouillon
- 2 cups water
- 1 lb. fresh or Italian sausage, sliced thin
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1 lb. bag frozen carrots
- 1 lb. bag frozen green beans
- 4 medium potatoes, cubed
- 24 oz. can spaghetti sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire
Directions

Dissolve beef bouillon in the 2 cups water.

Brown sausage in skillet. Transfer to slow cooker.

Pour in bouillon/water and rest of ingredients.

Cover and cook on LOW for 4 to 5 hours.
