Pot Roast

Ingredients

  • 2- 2 1/2 lbs. boneless beef chuck roasts
  • 1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix
  • 1 envelope Italian salad dressing mix
  • 1 envelope brown gravy mix
  • 1/2 to 1 cup water
  • Turn the juice into a nice gravy. Serve over potatoes with the gravy.

Directions

  1. Place chuck roasts in a slow cooker.

  2. Combine rest of ingredients and pour over the roasts.

  3. Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 8 hours.
