Ingredients
- 1/4 cup flour
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 3 to 4 lbs. boneless chuck roast
- 3 tbsp canola oil
- 4 tbsp butter
- 10 pepperoncini, fresh or jarred
- 2 tbsp mayo
- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 tsp dried dill
- 1/8 tsp paprika
Directions

Mix flour, salt and pepper and rub into roast. Brown in canola oil. Place roast in slow cooker.

Top with butter and pepperoncini.

In a small bowl, mix mayo, vinegar, dill and paprika. Spread over meat.

Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours. Remove from cooker, shred with forks and return to cooker. Stir to mix juices and serve.
