Sweet Mustard Pulled Pork

Serve in a bun, tortilla, taco shell or over buttered noodles with a side of cheesy veggies

Ingredients
- 1 cup yellow mustard
- 2/3 cup dark brown sugar
- 2/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp dried onion powder
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 7 lb. pork shoulder roast
Directions

In a small bowl, mix together all ingredients but the pork. Pour into slow cooker.

Trim pork of any large pieces of fat. Add to the slow cooker and turn to coat. Poke several times with a knife for the sauce to penetrate the roast. Cook on LOW for 8 to 9 hours or until meat shreds easily with a fork. Remove pork from slow cooker and shred.

Strain sauce through a sieve and pour over the meat. The meat will soak some of the sauce back up.
